Building vegetarian meals into your diet is an easy way to make a huge impact on your overall health. This workshop will focus on using low fat ingredients to create dishes with big flavor. 

Join us for a virtual class! Learn to prepare a healthy vegetarian dishes while making dinner for 2. 

We'll have the ingredients ready for pick up on Wednesday April 29th from 3-5pm. The cooking class will take place on Facebook live promptly at 6pm, and will last about an hour.
