Last year we had inquiries about booking our space to host a special private Valentine's Day Dinner. Unfortunately we were booked with classes, and could not accommodate.
So this year we decided to leave the Saturday of Valentine's Day weekend open. If you are interested in doing something different and special give us a call. We have a special menu planned for the evening of cooking and great wine, so grab some friends and join us! Oysters Rockefeller, Shrimp Bisque, Surf and Turf, and Creme Brûlée are on the menu. We'll show you some plating techniques too!
Pinot Grigio, Pinot Noir, and Cabernet Sauvignon will be served during this dinner party class. Sparkling wine will be served with dessert.
