Who doesn't love brunch? We’re are going to teach you the techniques that will inspire you to host a spectacular brunch for your next event. Learn how to properly make Huevos Rancheros, Pan Sear Wild Salmon, and Roast a Beef Tenderloin. We will prepare classic brunch dishes and we'll have Spanish sparkling wine on hand to complement the meal.
