This is the third session of our 2 day Summer Teens Camps! This hands on camp will focus on classic Spanish dishes the first day, and we'll focus on Greek on the second day. The teens will learn culinary fundamentals and cooking techniques practiced by professional chefs. We will also teach them about kitchen safety. Don't Wait to sign up! Space is limited!

Culinary Fundamentals: Knife Skills, Grilling, Roasting, Seasoning and Flavoring, Baking

Day 1 Menu:

Crostini with Olive Tapenade, Fresh Herbs, and Manchego Cheese

Roasted Fingerling Potatoes with Smokey Aioli

Chicken Paella with Chorizo and Summer Vegetables

Day 2 Menu

Heirloom Tomato Greek Salad

Spanakopita (spinach and feta baked in thin layers of phyllo dough)

Grilled Chicken Gyros with Tzatziki

Greek Lemon Tart
