This workshop will focus on classic French desserts perfect for warm weather. We will prepare an Apricot Galette, Couer a la Creme with Blackberries, Raspberry Napoleon, Sweet Crepes with Peaches and Pastry Cream, and Vanilla Bean Pots De Creme. Join us and learn about the ingredients and techniques you will need to make outstanding French desserts.
