Fall is a great time to cook! This class will focus on flavors and cooking techniques perfect for the changing season. Our recipes for this class are meant to be prepared during the week when you are busy, for fast delicious family friendly dinners.  Join us as we prepare 4 dishes that we are sure you'll want to make again!

Baby Greens with Toasted Pecans, Pears, Grilled Chicken, and Spicy Maple Vinaigrette

Bacon Wrapped Pork Tenderloin with Smashed Redskin Potatoes and Dark Ale Mustard Sauce

Herb Roasted Chicken Over Wild Mushroom Risotto served with White Wine Pan Sauce

Cedar Planked Salmon with Charred Tomato Relish and Parmesan Grits
