Bring a date and join us for this dinner party-style class. We will pair four courses with wine from Napa valley. You'll learn to make perfect risotto, Roasted Beef Tenderloin, and dark chocolate mousse. Red and White Wine from Napa Valley will be served during this class.
Appetizer: Crab Cakes over Sautéed Spaghetti Squash with Citrus Beurre Blanc
Salad: Arugula with Apples, Gorgonzola, Crispy Pancetta, and Maple Vinaigrette
Entree: Roasted Garlic Encrusted Beef Tenderloin, Smoked Bacon and Chive Risotto, and Chef's Vegetable
