This class will be a 4 course meal made up of our favorite recipes. You'll learn techniques that you can apply at home when entertaining family and friends. We'll show you how to make a great Beurre Blanc, properly pan sear a scallop, the trick to making great whipped potatoes, and plating techniques. 

Red and White Wine will be served for this Date Night class.
