Low and slow is going to be the game plan this Father's Day. We will demonstrate the proper way to set up a smoker, what woods to use for specific flavors and dishes, and everything in between. We are (of course) going to cook some fantastic ribs and brisket, as well as all the fixings to go with them. We thought that it would also be nice to show off a few awesome local brews too. You can't go wrong here: Ribs. Brisket. Beer Tasting.
