Break away from your go-to BBQ recipes and try a new approach to grilling. We’ll be cooking Italian on the grill, and tasting some Italian wines as well. Try dishes like Pancetta Wrapped Asparagus with Lemon, Grilled Fontina and Olive Pizzas with Toasted Pine Nuts, and Rosemary Pork with Caponata. You’ll make courses while you learn new techniques that will help you cook al fresco at home!
