Come to Savoir to learn how to cook with beer, as we prepare 5 delicious recipes. Lager steamed mussels, sticky baby back ribs, beer braised short rib tacos, smoked andouille sausages with spicy beer mustard, and chocolate stout tiramisu are all on the menu. The best part is we will be using all Ohio beers for this class, and we will sample them all too.
