Cooking outside is our favorite way to prepare dinner. I love the ritual of making the fire, making spice rubs and marinades, smoking and grilling meats, seafoods, and vegetables and hanging out with friends. This class will focus on grilling seafood, and we'll have a variety craft beers to go along with the food. This a great class for both the novice griller and the pit master. Grilled S'mores for dessert!
