We're excited to partner with barre3 to offer classes focus on nutrition as part of a healthy and active lifestyle! This class is for barre3 members and will focus on preparing meals with super food ingredients at the center of the plate. There will a 45 minute class hosted by barre3, followed up by a 2 hour cooking class at Savoir. Join us to pick up some new recipes, Chef's tips, and techniques!
