Cooking outside with a cold beer in hand is a simple pleasure. I love the ritual of making the fire, making spice rubs and marinades, smoking and grilling meats, seafoods, and vegetables and hanging out with friends. This class will focus on a new approach to BBQ, and we'll have a variety of Columbus brewed craft beer to go along with the food. This a great class for both the novice griller and the pit master.
