Join us for this wine dinner featuring six wines from Marimar Estate in the Russian River Valley. Marimar Torres is the daughter of Miguel Torres, the famous Spanish wine maker. Marimar relocated to California in 1975 and began making sustainable wines with a Spanish influence. These wines score on the 90+ range.
We will be preparing dishes directly from Marimar's Cookbook, The Catalan Country Kitchen, to pair with the wines. We will also have cookbooks signed by Marimar for you to take home.
