Who doesn't love brunch? We’re are going to teach you the techniques that will inspire you to host a spectacular brunch for your next event. Learn how to properly make hollandaise, pan sear wild salmon, and roast a beef tenderloin. We will prepare classic brunch dishes and we'll have Spanish sparkling wine on hand to complement the meal.
