Cooking outside with a cold beer in hand is a simple pleasure. We love the ritual of making the fire, making spice rubs and marinades, smoking and grilling meats, seafoods, and vegetables and hanging out with friends. This class will focus on a new approach to BBQ, and we'll have a variety craft beers to go along with the food. This a great class for both the novice griller and the pit master.
