This class is just for teen foodies! You will learn 5 recipes that are the building blocks for many dishes. We will teach you basic cooking techniques and will work on some knife skills too. Chef Mike will show you how to truss and roast a chicken, make an emulsified vinaigrette, and grill a Salmon fillet. We will taste everything we make and send you home with recipes too.
