Join us as we partner with the Mid Ohio food bank for a holiday dinner party. We will be preparing 4 courses perfect for the season with Chef Michael Frank, and all proceeds from the dinner will be donated to the Mid Ohio Food Bank. This is a great way to get out, have a great dinner, and help the community.
Appetizer: Caribbean Crab Cakes with a Mango-Chile Relish and Roasted Corn Succotash
Salad: Baby Arugula Salad with Red Wine Poached Pears, Goat Cheese, Candied Pecans, and Vanilla Bean Vinaigrette
Entree: Roasted Garlic Crusted Beef Tenderloin with Port Wine Reduction, Chef's Vegetable, and Yukon Gold Whipped Potatoes
Dessert: Flourless Dark Chocolate Cake with House-Made Caramel and Espresso Whipped Cream
