Join us for our advanced knife skills workshop! Having proper knife skills is an integral part of being a great cook. Your food will not only be more visually appealing, it will also cook more evenly and you will have less waste when you prepare your favorite dishes. We will cover classical knife cuts, we'll show you how to butcher a chicken, and filet a whole fish. We'll also cover knife maintenance, and we’ll cook 3 dishes to demonstrate how to apply your new techniques.

Grilled Chicken Tacos on Fresh Tortillas and Roasted Tomatillo Salsa
