2017 Summer Teens Camp: June Session

Have a Teen foodie at home? This 2 day camp is perfect for the teen that loves to cook!

Day 1 will focus on savory dishes, and day 2 we will work on desserts perfect for summer. We will be teaching culinary fundamentals and  techniques practiced by professional Chefs.

The teens will also learn about food safety while preparing and eating a variety of dishes. Don't wait to sign up! Space is limited!

Day 1 Menu:

BBQ Chicken with a House Made BBQ Sauce

Baked Mac and Cheese made with Tillamook Cheddar and Herb Panko Breadcrumbs

Sliders with Roasted Garlic Aioli 

Mexican Grilled Corn on Cob with Queso Fresco and Avocado Crema

Day 2 Menu:

Lemon Tart

Salted Caramel Ice Cream

Mixed Berry Shortcakes

Culinary Fundamentals: Knife Skills, Grilling, Braising, Roasting, Seasoning and Flavoring 

$100 per Teen for both days
