Help us give back to our community and join us for this hands-on cooking class. Chef Michael Frank will teach you how to prepare 4 Italian recipes, and we will taste 4 wines as well. All proceeds from this dinner will go to the Mid-Ohio Foodbank to help feed those in need. This is a great way to spend the night cooking and sampling great wine while also giving back to those in need.

Appetizer:
Burrata and Sundried Tomato Bruschetta
Creamy Burrata Cheese served with French bread topped with Sundried Tomato Tapenade and EVOO
Salad:
Grilled Caesar Salad with Pecorino and Garlic Croutons
Grilled Baby Romaine Hearts with classic Caesar Dressing and Homemade Croutons
Main Course:
Garlic and Rosemary Leg of Lamb with Potato Gnocchi and Sautéed Broccoli Rabe
Leg of Lamb with Ricotta Red Sauce and fluffy Homemade Potato Gnocchi
Dessert:
Tiramisu with Marscarpone Custard and Whipped Cream

$150 per person
