Cast Iron is by far my favorite cookware. Its nice and heavy, cooks evenly, its cost effective, and nostalgic. The most iconic dishes originated in cast iron, and we thought we would dedicate an entire class to cooking with it.

Join us as we prepare 6 dishes using cast iron skillets, dutch ovens, and deep frying pans. We'll walk you through cleaning and seasoning techniques while we make Gumbo, Fried Chicken, and Cobbler to name a few of the dishes on this menu. This is the perfect class for the home cook looking to make refined traditional dishes!
